Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY CASALBORSETTI | CAMPING PINETA
Art. 1: Cancellation Communication
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to: [email protected]. Cancellations made via telephone will not be considered valid. Cancellation requests will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the email.
Art. 2: Bungalow Cancellation
- Up to 8 days before arrival: The Resort will refund the deposit paid, minus a maximum of €100.00 for administrative fees plus any bank charges.
- From 7 to 2 days before arrival: The Resort will issue a voucher equal to the amount paid (minus €100.00 for administrative fees) exclusively for the following documented unpredictable events. The voucher must be used by the following year. Valid causes include:
- Clinically documented illness, injury, or death of the booking holder.
- Clinically documented illness, injury, or death of a family member listed on the registration form at the time of booking confirmation.
- Termination of employment (dismissal) of the booking holder; in this case, a copy of the dismissal letter must be provided.
- 1 day before arrival or less: No refund or voucher will be issued.
Art. 3: Pitch Cancellation
- Up to 8 days before arrival: The Resort will refund the deposit paid, minus a maximum of €50.00 for administrative fees plus any bank charges.
- From 7 to 2 days before arrival: The Resort will issue a voucher equal to the amount paid (minus €50.00 for administrative fees) exclusively for the documented unpredictable events listed in Art. 2. The voucher must be used by the following year.
- Clinically documented illness, injury, or death of the booking holder.
- Clinically documented illness, injury, or death of a family member listed on the registration form at the time of booking confirmation.
- Termination of employment (dismissal) of the booking holder; in this case, a copy of the dismissal letter must be provided.
- 1 day before arrival or less: No refund or voucher will be issued.
Art. 4: Modifying Stay Dates Changes to stay dates are subject to availability.
Requests must be sent in writing to [email protected] and are only valid upon written confirmation from Management.
- Up to 60 days before arrival: Changes are permitted without penalty. The amount paid will be converted into credit for the new stay. Any rate differences must be paid by the guest.
- Up to 30 days before arrival: Changes are permitted with a penalty of €100 for bungalows and €50 for pitches. The balance will be converted into credit for the new stay. No refunds are provided if the new stay costs less.
- Up to 7 days before arrival: Date modifications are not permitted. If the new requested dates are unavailable, standard cancellation terms (Art. 2 & 3) will apply.
Art. 5: Delayed Arrivals In the event of a delayed arrival, the guest must pay the full amount agreed upon in the booking letter.
If a delay is communicated within 14 days of the arrival date and is caused by the unpredictable events listed above, a voucher will be issued for the unused days. After this period, no refund/voucher will be issued.
Art. 6: Early Departure No refunds will be issued for unused days in the event of early departure.
A voucher for unused days will be issued only in the case of illness or injury, and only upon presentation of an official medical certificate or emergency room report to Management.
