Providing this data is mandatory and does not require your consent; if you refuse to provide it, we cannot host you at the facility. Data acquired for this purpose will not be stored at the facility unless specific authorization is provided by you.

3. Administrative, Accounting, and Tax Obligations: To comply with current administrative, accounting, and tax obligations, for which processing is carried out without the need for your consent. Some data is communicated to third parties in compliance with legal obligations (e.g., tax monitoring/spesometro, tourist tax). If you refuse to provide the data necessary for these obligations, the requested services cannot be provided. Data used for these purposes is stored at the facility for the time required by respective regulations (10 years or more in the event of tax audits).

4. Fast Check-in for Future Stays: To accelerate registration procedures for subsequent stays. In this case, your consent is required, which can be revoked at any time. Data will be stored for 5 years.
