INTERNAL REGULATIONS: CAMPING CASAL BORSETTI | CAMPING PINETA
ART. 1: Acceptance of Rules Campers are obliged to familiarize themselves with these regulations, the Price List, and the Booking Conditions. Entry into the campsite constitutes full acceptance of these terms. Guests are required to report anyone not complying with these rules to Management.
ART. 2: ARRIVAL Entrance is subject to Management’s consent. All guests must present a valid ID for legal registration and review these regulations. Failure to comply constitutes a violation of the Penal Code. Upon registration, guests receive a “camping pass” or “wristband,” which must be kept accessible and shown to staff upon request. Payment must be made in advance.
ART. 3: DEPARTURE Guests must return camping passes/wristbands to reception to register their departure. Accommodation guests must return keys to reception.
ART. 4: SERVICES The use of swimming pools, game rooms, tennis courts, bowling greens, football, and basketball courts is reserved for Camping Pass holders. Guests must respect the posted hours and specific rules at the entrance of each facility.
ART. 5: HOURS
- Cashier Desk: Daily, 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
- Offices: Daily, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
- Quiet Hours: 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM and 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM.
ART. 6: QUIET HOURS During these times, disturbing noises are prohibited, including setting up/taking down tents or driving motor vehicles. Using radios, loud gatherings in common areas, and washing dishes in the bathrooms are forbidden. During entertainment evenings, Management may delay the start of quiet hours past 11:30 PM.
ART. 7: VALUABLES Management is not liable for:
- Theft of valuables not entrusted to their custody.
- Theft resulting from a guest’s lack of caution.
- Objects forgotten in bungalows or on pitches. Found objects must be turned in at Reception.
ART. 8: CAMPINGPAY Payments at all campsite outlets must be made using the CAMPINGPAY card provided at check-in. Cash loaded onto the card can be withdrawn during cashier hours. If lost or stolen, the card can be blocked; a replacement or refund of the balance (returned at check-out) can be requested. There is a €5.00 deposit fee.
ART. 9: VISITORS Management reserves the right to allow daily visitors. Guests must notify Management before visitors arrive. Visitors must pay a daily fee and leave an ID at reception. No visitors are allowed after 9:00 PM (except restaurant guests). The booking holder is responsible for their guests’ behavior.
ART. 10: MINORS Minors are only admitted if accompanied by parents. Minors aged 16-17 may be accepted without parents only upon submission of a signed liability waiver. Children under 8 must always be accompanied when using campsite services.
ART. 11: VEHICLE CIRCULATION Cars may enter only after the license plate is registered at reception. Only one car per accommodation/pitch is allowed. Cars must be parked within the pitch or near the bungalow. A second car requires Management consent and an extra fee. Unauthorized parking will incur fees and potential removal at the owner’s expense. Speed limit: 5 km/h. Mopeds must be pushed by hand. Motorcycles are prohibited inside the village and must be parked in the designated area near the entrance.
ART. 12: PETS (DOGS & CATS) Pets are admitted only upon presentation of a vaccination record and/or microchip. They must never roam free, must always be on a leash, and medium/large dogs must wear a muzzle. Waste must be picked up immediately. Guests must declare pets during booking and at arrival. Violations result in fines (€50 to €250) or eviction. Owners are solely responsible for damages.
ART. 13: CORRESPONDENCE Shipments are accepted if notified by email/WhatsApp. No “Cash on Delivery” (COD) packages. Mail must be collected in person at reception. Unclaimed mail will be returned to the sender after 7 days.
ART. 14: LIABILITY Management is not liable for theft of non-entrusted valuables, damages caused by other guests, force majeure, natural disasters, insects, epidemics, or issues not caused by staff negligence.
ART. 15: WASTE MANAGEMENT Recycling is mandatory. Guests must place waste in designated bins located near bathrooms and the bar/restaurant. Bulky items or appliances must be taken to the Marina Romea ecological area (request a pass at reception).
ART. 16: CAMPING PITCHES Pitches are assigned by Management. Tents and caravans must be positioned according to instructions and must not obstruct traffic. Electrical connections must be CEE standard. Power is limited to 4 or 6 Amps. Notify reception if the circuit breaker trips.
ART. 17: STRICTLY PROHIBITED
- Digging holes or trenches around tents/pitches.
- Leaving waste on pitches or pouring liquids (other than water) on the ground.
- Open fires or charcoal barbecues (except in designated areas). Gas barbecues are allowed if safe.
- Washing vehicles outside dedicated areas.
- Tying tarps/awnings to trees with ropes or wires.
- Using more than one power outlet per pitch or having more than one gas cylinder.
ART. 18 & 19: EVICTION Management reserves the right to evict anyone disturbing the community or violating these rules. In such cases, the guest must pay for the entire booked period, and Management is not liable for damages resulting from the forced removal of property.
PLEASE REMEMBER:
- Late Arrival/Early Departure: The full booked period must be paid.
- No-Show: Accommodations are held until 12:00 PM the following day.
- Bungalows: Available from 5:00 PM. Must be vacated by 10:00 AM. They must be left clean, or a cleaning fee will be charged.
- Pitches: Available from 3:00 PM. Must be vacated by 12:00 PM.
